Roc Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and lodge ASIC forms, as well as other regulatory documents.
- Maintain and update software systems with client information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collate financial statements and tax returns, and prepare letters associated with these.
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines to ensure lodgements and payments are made on time.
- Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and completed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice, with a focus on corporate compliance.
- Extensive experience with corporate compliance, ideally with 500+ corporate structures.
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
