About the Role

In the position of Compliance Officer, you will support the Head of Governance & Compliance. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our obligations register, ensuring compliance with quality care and service delivery standards.

  • Facilitate and support the execution of our Practice Governance Framework in partnership with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Assist the Head of Governance & Compliance in providing recommendations to achieve optimal and sustained client outcomes.
  • Coordinate governance responses to identified risks.
  • Ensure that appropriate compliance actions are executed in collaboration with stakeholders.

Professional Requirements

  • Proven experience in governance and compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and policies.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and ethical standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in Governance, Compliance, or a related field are desirable.
