Job Title:

A Strategic Social Media Leader is required to spearhead our online presence, crafting engaging content and building a strong community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a robust online presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of Social Specialists to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content and engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the travel or youth lifestyle industries
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong creative skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and video production
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, increasing followers, and achieving business objectives through social media
