We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Managing Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agency's relationship and performance across client(s).

Your primary responsibility will be to shape and build a specific client growth plan and vision. You will lead the team from the front, balancing leadership and empowerment while dealing with complex client business and challenges through exceptional people and client management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong track record of progressive experience in the media agency operational process. You should be comfortable handling C-level clients and agency management, with clear written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven and focused individuals who can maintain perspective will thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing client growth plans and visions.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in media agency operations.
