About the RoleWe support our clients in identifying their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and navigating interviews and employment.
This role plays a vital part in helping clients achieve successful outcomes by motivating and encouraging them to take steps towards meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and encourage clients to take steps towards employment leading to successful outcomes
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients
- Place clients into sustainable employment
- Ensure accurate recording and documentation of client activities
- Experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex situations
- Confidence in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
