As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with employers to build relationships, identify staffing solutions, and provide training and resources to promote inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities Include- Identify and develop career opportunities that align with clients' goals and aspirations.
- Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to address skill shortages and provide staffing solutions.
- Provide coaching and support to participants to enhance their skills and employability.
- Facilitate workplace adjustments and disability confidence training to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create job opportunities and promote the organization's services.
You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and tailor your approach to meet their needs. Your experience in employment services, combined with your passion for making a difference, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Essential Criteria- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
- Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively.
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
