Key Responsibilities Include

  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to address skill shortages and provide staffing solutions.
  • Provide coaching and support to participants to enhance their skills and employability.
  • Facilitate workplace adjustments and disability confidence training to ensure successful placements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create job opportunities and promote the organization's services.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
