- Sourcing and developing partnerships with employers to meet client employment needs
- Developing and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet employer requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate with employers.
You'll also require a good understanding of disability employment practices and policies, as well as experience working with individuals with disabilities.
