Client Success Professional

We're looking for a talented Client Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and management team, you will be responsible for executing strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, find opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role with experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships. They should also possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills, and be proficient in multiple languages is a plus. Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts.
  • Strategy Execution: Create and execute the ideal strategy for each business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling.
  • Client Support: Provide clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms through a quarterly/bi-annual business review.
  • Onboarding: Work with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding.
  • Strategic Consultation: Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills, and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Tools: Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus.
