About this role

This is a role for someone who's curious, commercially minded and ready to lean into complex challenges. As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you'll help our customers do just that — by making learning more accessible, relevant and impactful.

  • You'll drive customer adoption, growth and retention in a high-growth global SaaS company.
  • You'll partner with customers and colleagues who value learning, innovation and measurable results.

Your responsibilitiesOwn & grow your portfolio:
  • Act as a strategic, trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across decision-makers and influencers.
Maximise Value & Adoption:
  • Execute successful onboarding and deployment of learning solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Run data-driven check-ins and Business Reviews to measure success and find opportunities.
  • Align learning solutions to each customer's business objectives.
Drive Retention & Expansion:
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales to deliver them.
  • Monitor and address any potential issues before they escalate.
