Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion.

This role involves managing budgets, timelines, and project scope while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in consultancy or development.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree holder in Building/Civil Engineering/Building Surveying/Construction Management/Academic Studies (or equivalent).
