Senior Construction Project Coordinator

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project design schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and escalating as required, while maintaining effective communication with senior management.
- Develop solutions to design-related problems, leveraging expertise and experience to drive project success.
- A commercial builder with experience in a Design Manager or Project Engineer/Design Coordinator role is ideal, bringing a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Prior experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate key information.
