About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Melbourne.

In this key position, you will lead the procurement and construction functions, manage site/project engineers, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • You will oversee construction planning, productivity, sustainability, and EHS compliance.
  • You will also mentor junior staff, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and drive collaboration across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
  • A proven track record on large-scale building projects.
  • Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
  • Experience resolving design and coordination issues.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
