Job Description
  • Lead on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
  • Manage a diverse team of subcontractors, trades, and site staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Implement project plans, construction methodologies, and sequencing, maintaining rigorous control over schedule, budget, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, QA/QC checks, and progress reporting, liaising directly with project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, particularly in industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects within the $10–25 million range, ideally in Victoria or similar markets.
  • Strong command of safety and quality standards, combined with practical construction expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective on-site decision-making.
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations, OH&S practices, and industrial construction protocols.
  • Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline are highly valued.
