Look no further Guardian Childcare & Education is a leading provider of high-quality childcare and early education services. We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent team.
**About Us**:
At Guardian Childcare & Education, we're on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Source top talent using innovative strategies and tools.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless process.
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of Early Childhood & Education (ideal for an experienced Educator/Teacher)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
