Our client is committed to pushing boundaries in athletic apparel, leveraging innovation and technology to empower athletes of all levels. We're joining them in the search for a dynamic individual to join them as a Product Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of their products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and track lab dip, strike off, and bulk approvals.
- Conduct fabric testing for both bulk and development stages, ensuring quality assurance.
- Maintain the lab dip, fabric, colour, and design library, and source trims as directed.
- Follow up with suppliers on sample/submission statuses.
- Provide administrative support to the Product Team, including managing colour palettes and updating tech packs.
- Assist the Design Team in preparing fabric and yarn briefings for suppliers.
- Support the creation of mood boards to identify seasonal trends aligned with desired aesthetic.
- CAD support for print and graphic design.
- Attend product meetings and range reviews.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and store visits to stay on top of market trends.
- Assist in and attend fit sessions.
- Ensure bulk fabric approvals meet quality and testing standards.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Print and technical apparel design experience advantageous.
- Solid understanding of fabrications, testing, and design processes
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience with AP21 and PLM systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
