Role Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Mortgage Choice team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving training and development initiatives that enhance franchisee performance and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, design innovative learning solutions, and deliver programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

About the Role

This role reports to the Learning & Development Team, which is responsible for delivering a coordinated program of learning underpinned by the principles of business success. The team is accountable for leading, delivering, and enhancing the ongoing development, competencies, and capabilities of our franchise owners, their loans consultants, and by extension, the Financial Services business.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Your expertise in learning and development will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving franchisee performance.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, HR, Learning Sciences, Leadership and Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in senior learning and development roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning solutions
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders
