About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Professional to join our team in the Victoria Park office. As an Administration Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients
- Assist with the planning and execution of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in an administration position
- Strong computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and provide basic troubleshooting to computer systems
- Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a team-focused mentality
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Great customer service skills
