The successful candidate will work closely with our dynamic cross-functional team to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to multiple stakeholders, including preparation of content for tenders and proposals, document formatting, and coordination of engagement files.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Support the team in identifying business opportunities through various platforms, including review of TendersWA, AustTender, OAG Reports, SEEK, etc.
  • Prepare business development letters and materials for potential clients.
