Entry-Level Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated entry-level civil engineer to join our team in Cleveland, OH.

About the Role:
  • Gain hands-on experience in site design, including grading, utilities, parking lots, roadways, and stormwater management.
  • Collaborate with licensed engineers and contribute to the design and development of land development projects that impact local communities.
  • Work extensively with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel to create and refine construction plans.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on a variety of exciting land development projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation.
  • Use tools like AutoCAD and HydroCAD to support real-world design and stormwater management solutions.
  • Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specifications, and creating exhibits and presentation materials.
  • Take on a variety of project-related tasks, giving you broad exposure to how land development projects move from concept to construction.
Qualifications:
  • Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program with a focus on civil infrastructure.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things.
