Event Planning Position:

We are seeking an experienced event coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the coordination of internal, external, and medical education events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging event environments that build customer relationships and foster employee engagement
  • Work with vendors to ensure event planning and execution meet performance metrics
  • Provide on-site event leadership and support others as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous event management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Medical marketing and/or event experience preferred
  • Demonstrated administration skills
