Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining an award-winning high-end horticulture site, working with the latest technology and machinery, and overseeing the completion of all landscape maintenance/turf duties by their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain an award-winning high-end horticulture site
  • Work with the latest technology and machinery
  • Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance/turf duties by the team
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, representing Landscape Solutions on site
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including pre-starts, reporting, take 5's, and SWMS
  • Maintain and improve horticultural works, including pruning, planting, mulching, and chemical application
  • Operate zero-turn ride-on equipment and other machinery
  • Use hand tools and machinery, including backpack sprayers and specialized rigs
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or equivalent
  • Current driver's license - manual or auto
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
