Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an experienced HR Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in optimising how the HRIS system is configured and used across the business.

  • Review and optimise the existing HRIS configuration to improve functionality and usability.
  • Redesign system workflows, processes, and reporting to align with business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation, data accuracy, and system efficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations on best practice system utilisation and implement changes.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure the system supports employee lifecycle processes effectively.
  • Deliver user support, training, and guidance to improve adoption across the business.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in system optimisation and configuration. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in an HR Systems Specialist / HRIS Analyst role.
  • Knowledge of ELMO HRIS is highly regarded.
  • Experience working within a small to medium sized business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start and able to commit to the full assignment. A high level of adaptability and hands-on problem solving is essential for this role.
