Operational Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team in Bunbury. Working closely with your colleagues, you will ensure outstanding service to our customers who are the backbone of the electrical industry in Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service. They will build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to creating an inclusive and harmonious work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
  • Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable.
  • Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience highly regarded.
