Job Overview:

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to internal customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.
  • Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • O365 experience is essential.
  • Software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
  • Active Directory (users, mailbox management), Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other OS).
  • Prior experience in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
  • Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
  • Essential O365 experience due to environment requirements.
  • Supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment.
  • Supporting physical and virtual environments (desktops and servers).
  • Active Directory management (users, mailboxes).
  • Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, others).
  • Support for Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and other critical business applications.
  • Printing support (installation, deployment, configuration, disposal).
  • Complex software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, root cause analysis.
  • Hardware diagnostic skills and experience building/upgrading PCs.
