Job Opportunity

Join a leading hospitality team as a Senior Restaurant Leader to manage staff, operations, and guest experiences at a vibrant sports bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Run the restaurant, bar, and functions with high standards.
  • Lead the front-of-house operational facets of the business.
  • Ensure adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Deliver exceptional service and quality for outstanding guest experiences.
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional concepts for business growth.
  • Take a strategic approach to driving revenue.
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in Hospitality Management.
  • Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments.
  • Experience in financial aspects of a business.
  • The ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essential.
  • First aid certificate preferred but not essential.
  • Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
