Key Responsibilities- To assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- To develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- To maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- To lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues, guests, and suppliers, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
