About This Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 staff members and driving engagement and results. You will own the operational aspects of the restaurant, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your crew by providing check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. Additionally, you will manage profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
