This role will drive external and internal diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and practices within APAC and EMEA regions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to operationalize corporate-wide initiatives, coordinate collaboration opportunities, and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global VP of DEI and People Organization colleagues to organize and execute on external DEI initiatives.
  • Support the head of inclusion and belonging to create an inclusive community where all colleagues can thrive.
  • Develop and implement Employee Resource Group engagement plans.
  • Amplify ERG efforts and communications to bring ERGs to life in Research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record working directly or indirectly within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space
  • Solid understanding/experience on how business teams collaborate to drive results
  • Understanding of professional discipline of diversity and diversity management as it relates to societally significant differences
  • Experience working with a Global Workforce
  • Experience creating and executing diversity strategies
  • Experience leveraging data to measure success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives
