
Inclusion and Belonging Advocate

This role will drive external and internal diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and practices within APAC and EMEA regions. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to operationalize corporate-wide initiatives, coordinate collaboration opportunities, and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global VP of DEI and People Organization colleagues to organize and execute on external DEI initiatives.
- Support the head of inclusion and belonging to create an inclusive community where all colleagues can thrive.
- Develop and implement Employee Resource Group engagement plans.
- Amplify ERG efforts and communications to bring ERGs to life in Research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record working directly or indirectly within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space
- Solid understanding/experience on how business teams collaborate to drive results
- Understanding of professional discipline of diversity and diversity management as it relates to societally significant differences
- Experience working with a Global Workforce
- Experience creating and executing diversity strategies
- Experience leveraging data to measure success of existing initiatives and inform opportunities for new initiatives
