About This Role

The Head of Learning Diversity will lead the team to create a culture of inclusivity, where all students feel valued and supported.

This role involves advocating for diverse learners, including highly able students, those with learning difficulties, and students with disabilities.

The successful applicant will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to implement strategies that enhance participation, access, and engagement in learning for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplary leadership of the Learning Diversity Team
  • Collaboration with staff to deliver effective learning opportunities
  • Implementing strategies to enhance participation, access, and engagement in learning
  • Teaching allotment as negotiated with the Principal

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capacity for proactive educational leadership
  • Highly developed skills in leading staff in continuous improvement in learning and teaching
  • Commitment to education and understanding of contemporary research and practices
