About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Laminex Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for major cabinet maker accounts, aligned with our national residential sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with QLD Sales Managers and Residential & Primary Demand teams to develop accounts and implement national residential sales strategies, tactics, and activations.
- Manage and grow relationships with key cabinet makers, developing and executing account plans for each key account.
- Implement strategies within states and regions, leading buying group initiatives and growth activities.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of success in sales account management, with a strong understanding of the cabinet making industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure success through key KPIs.
