Job Opportunity:

The role of a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist is a key part of the organization's claims litigation strategy.

This position oversees legal risks associated with the organization's claims litigation portfolio, including workers' compensation under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to support the delivery of litigation and dispute resolution services.
  • Manage risks associated with the organization's claims litigation portfolio, including workers' compensation under the SRC Act.
  • Provide strategic and legal support on diverse issues, including instructing on Federal Court litigation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage their workload effectively, and work in accordance with established values and conduct guidelines.
