Role Profile:As a Senior Associate, Client Engagement, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering the business strategy to maximise client acquisition and retention in Australia. You will be a strategic and tactical operator, optimising the work of your team and elevating Unispace's brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will involve business development and client acquisition across Australia. The key elements of the role include:
Development and execution of the local Client Engagement strategy
Deliver key expertise and value through networking, outreach, research, and industry intelligence
Develop multi-discipline relationships across the market to achieve a high level of sales pipeline
Undertake lead source analysis and drive lead management
Map and manage client strategies and relationships within key focus areas
Attract target clients utilising fresh and innovative approaches
Support business planning through data analysis and conversion strategies
Implement strategies around research projects, industry events, and networking opportunities
Collaborate across disciplines, regions, and within studios to identify opportunities and drive continual improvement
Drive Client Engagement methodology, standards, practices, and processes to enhance effectiveness within the organisation
Develop and deploy strategies to achieve a high sales conversion rate with target clients
Ensure strategies are effective for the needs of the local market
Demonstrate success in supporting and driving cross-regional client opportunities
Align client engagement initiatives with the Unispace brand
Implement a local risk management plan with evidence of appropriate action taken
Maintain consistency of standards, technology solutions, and processes across the region to support brand capability, drive best practices, and achieve efficiencies
Extensive local market and industry knowledge and network
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proven experience in client-facing roles, relationship management, and direct lead generation
Experience in utilising outreach techniques, including cold calling, to build relationships with potential leads
Resilience and organisational agility
Client-oriented and results-driven mindset
