Role Summary
The Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the outsourced provider of unit registry / transfer agency services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of SLA and key client requirements.
This role will also involve acting as a subject matter expert, providing support and query resolution to clients and internal stakeholders. The Consultant will be expected to manage complex unit registry / transfer agency projects, including strategic change management, new business transitions, process change, and regulatory compliance.
About You
We are seeking a strong client service focus, with proven experience working in or closely with a unit registry / transfer agent, preferably with exposure to wholesale and retail funds.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements of a unit registry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop internal and external relationships.
