Role Summary

The Consultant will assist with the oversight and management of the outsourced provider of unit registry / transfer agency services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of SLA and key client objectives.

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, providing support and query resolution to clients and internal stakeholders. You will manage complex unit registry / transfer agency projects, including strategic change management, new business transitions, process change, and regulatory compliance.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and maintain regular contact with peers, including regulators and professional organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the governance and oversight of the outsourced registry provider
  • Act as a liaison between the outsourced registry provider and internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the unit registry stream during client transitions
  • Coordinate deliverables during peak processing periods
  • Participate in industry working groups
  • Identify potential risks in operational processes

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong client service focus, proven experience working in or closely with a unit registry / transfer agent, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

You should possess strong communications skills, be able to develop internal and external relationships, and have the ability to work independently.
