Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Consumer Digital Technology team, you will oversee technology-related programs and initiatives, driving strategic planning, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program-level plans, identifying and mitigating critical dependencies and facilitating cross-project collaboration.
  • Validate project lifecycle methodologies, ensuring alignment and aggregation of critical data for tracking and reporting.
  • Review program scope against client acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Lead delivery across key pillars, including Scheme Compliance, Risk & Compliance, and Unite.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large, complex projects/programs with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Extensive experience in project/program management, with a minimum of 3 years at Program Manager/Project Director level.
  • Substantial experience working in a large, complex organization in the financial services industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Practicing Project Director (AIPM) and/or Program Management Professional (PMI) and/or Managing Successful Program (MSP) accreditation desirable.
