At Nufarm, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our commercial effort by facilitating order administration and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with our Go To Market Strategy and Customer Value Proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • We take ownership for the entire customer order lifecycle, ensuring allocated tasks are completed, including Agency & Consignment.
  • We respond to and resolve customer queries via telephone, email, and chatter workflows.
  • We investigate and process stock returns and credits within delegated authority.
  • We resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • We perform Order Management tasks based on customer segmentation.
  • We maintain up-to-date customer data in core ERP/CRM systems.
Requirements
  • You are a proactive and commercially savvy Customer Service/Contact Centre professional with experience in operational environments (FMCG/Manufacturing Supply Chain).
  • You are proficient with ERP systems (JD Edwards/CRM-Salesforce) and Microsoft Office to leverage customer data.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, curious, autonomous yet collaborative, and eager to learn.
