Job Title: Farm Machinery Sales Specialist

Role Overview

This position involves working directly with customers to identify their farm machinery needs and providing expert advice to drive sales growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, growers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales by engaging with new and existing customers to understand their requirements.
  • Become a product expert on farm machinery to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Conduct site visits to demonstrate equipment and gather customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events and field days to network and promote products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of farm machinery or agricultural practices.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
