Contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative sourcing by collaborating with global teams to promote our EVP and help scale a product that brings joy to millions.

  • Oversight of the recruitment process for Product & Tech roles across global markets, from briefing to offer and onboarding.
  • Source, engage, and assess active and passive tech talent through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture.
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers, offering market insights and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and execute creative talent attraction strategies and build pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Apply your understanding of technical roles, frameworks, and market trends to identify high-calibre candidates.
  • Promote our EVP to the market and maintain an up-to-date ATS for accuracy and efficiency.
