The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of talent, enabling strategic objectives to be fulfilled.

This role is responsible for implementing a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen our employment brand as a great place to work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on values-based approach
  • Providing support and coaching to hiring managers to ensure roles are filled within agreed times
  • Contributing to the development of the EVP strategy, working closely with the marketing team to build a strong employer brand
  • Reporting and delivering insights on key recruitment statistics and metrics to identify areas for improvement

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end internal recruitment, including high-volume recruitment experience
  • A passion for working in the disability, social services or health services sector
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing and building talent pipelines
  • An understanding of behavioural interviewing principles
  • Exposure to workforce planning
  • Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills
