About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Project Coordinator to join our team in Australian Government Department of Defence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver onboarding projects, coordinating with stakeholders to determine requirements and execute activities;
  • Engage with internal and external subject matter experts to resolve issues and facilitate transitions;
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, KPIs, and KHIs;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with onboarding products and services.

About Our Team

The DMEL Onboarding team is responsible for transitioning Naval Acquisition Projects and Maritime Enterprises into Navy Logistics Information Systems (NLIS) and Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM) Enabling Support System. We aim to provide standardized processes, guidance, and governance for cross-class management of Naval Assets throughout the Capability Lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills, and a good understanding of logistics discipline. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with data and organizational change management, as well as strong customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with data and organizational change management;
  • Ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships;
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability to new logistic tools and processes;
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.

What We Offer

In addition to the opportunity to work on exciting projects, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
