The RoleAs a Strategic Employer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the seamless onboarding of new employers, setting them up for success, and ensuring our members benefit from a smooth transition.
You will lead end-to-end project management for onboarding new employer wins, working closely with our New Business and Account Management teams to design and coordinate transition frameworks, governance structures, and communication plans that align with our service standards and promises to our employers and their workforce.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in transition management, relationship management, or new business development within superannuation or financial services.
Your strong project management skills, deep understanding of employer superannuation obligations, and ability to navigate requirements confidently will be essential in this position.
Additionally, you should have exceptional communication skills, a thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance, and a commitment to continuous improvement, all while focusing on delivering quality outcomes for our members and employers.
What We OfferIn addition to a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, we offer a hybrid and flexible work environment, 15% superannuation, additional paid leave over Christmas and New Year, and many other industry-leading benefits.
