We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our estimating team.


About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in home building and modular construction. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates for modular home projects, analyzing architectural designs, engineering drawings, and modular construction specifications, and collaborating with in-house design, production, and project management teams.

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular home projects, including off-site manufacturing, transportation, and on-site installation.
  2. Analyze architectural designs, engineering drawings, and modular construction specifications to produce accurate quantity take-offs and pricing.
  3. Collaborate with in-house design, production, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect modular construction methods and factory efficiencies.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years estimating experience in the home building industry.
  2. Previous experience in estimating within the modular construction industry is highly advantageous.
  3. Proven time management and organizational skills.
  4. Experience with advanced estimating software.
  5. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
