Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of luxury homes, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably high end.
  • A strong trade background is essential but not necessarily mandatory.
  • Local knowledge and experience are a must.

This key role involves:

  • Supervising and managing all aspects of construction projects from programming to completion.
  • Managing 3–6 bespoke luxury new build projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating and scheduling trades, suppliers, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment that adheres to occupational health and safety practices.
  • Providing regular project updates to management and clients as required.
