Site Management Opportunity

Hays have partnered with a residential developer to appoint a Site Supervisor to oversee custom homes.

Over multiple years, they have been creating quality communities and house and land packages.

Your New Role:

  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth labour and material deliveries.
  • Meeting and liaising with customers on-site and over the phone.
  • Ensuring build quality, cost, and timeline align with contracts and specifications.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Delivering projects to client satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements for Success:

  • Current QBCC Supervisors Licence.
  • Experience in volume homes industry.
  • Thorough understanding of construction process, inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements.
  • Flexible problem-solving techniques for smooth build process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Energy to drive projects to schedule.

What You'll Get:
