About Us

We are a growing residential builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland, specialising in quality craftsmanship and innovative building solutions.

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a skilled supervisor to help us deliver exceptional homes in established neighbourhoods.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds and high-set homes.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS and quality standards
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and client expectations
  • Problem-solve site-specific challenges such as access and demolition
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
About You
  • Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
  • Strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction - required
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence - required
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
