Job Summary

RS Conform is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator to manage the tender process for projects up to $2 million.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction estimating, with experience in managing the full tender lifecycle and proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software.

About the Role
  • Manage the tender process for projects up to $2 million
  • Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions
  • Develop construction schedules in MS Projects
  • Draft and submit tender qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality estimates on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to a collaborative supportive team culture

Requirements
  • 25+ years of experience in civil construction estimating
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle
  • Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software
