**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation, and verifying criteria with manufacturers or distributors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, technicians, and service advisors to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty paperwork and ensure proper documentation
  • Verify criteria with manufacturers or distributors
  • Review and process returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting department
  • Arrange parts shipments and resubmit rejected claims
  • Facilitate warranty-related issues with vendors and manufacturers
  • Liaise with workshop foremen, technicians, and service advisors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warranty administration role within the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Mechanical knowledge (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and following processes
  • Able to provide great customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
