Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Community Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated member experience, ensuring our global standards are met, and driving membership engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Complete scheduled conversations with owned accounts to maximize their membership value and understand their ongoing experience.
- Anticipate member and guest needs, using relevant information to enhance and personalize their experience.
- Follow up with members who've submitted negative feedback, ensuring issue resolution and proactive changes.
- Support front desk coverage, ensuring consistent coverage during business hours.
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings, new member orientations, and move-out interviews to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact.
- Set up and host weekly social events, execute value-driving events, and ensure building-specific operational requirements are met.
- Conduct morning walkthroughs, address issues, and escalate recurring issues to management and relevant teams.
- Manage the energy in the building, ensuring music levels and activations are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.
- Liaise with in-building cleaning companies, track and organize keys, and manage keycard stock.
- Oversee Community responsibilities for Member companies in buildings without a Community presence.
- Review and understand the role in building management and We Work provided Emergency Action Plans.
We're looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, proficient in local language and culture, and excellent interpersonal and networking skills. You should be able to multitask, manage tasks efficiently, and enjoy growing relationships.
