About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at OFX. As a key member of our Global Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports our business objectives and enhances employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Internal Communications Strategy
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with our business objectives
    • Design and implement effective internal communications channels and campaigns to engage employees and promote our company culture
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Senior Leaders
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to source content, develop key messages, and disseminate internal communications
    • Support the CEO with all internal communications, including messaging, videos, Town Halls, and presentations
  • Drive Employee Engagement and Experience
    • Partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer and P&C teams to promote and deliver messaging on the People Strategy and programs that impact employee experience
    • Gather and use employee feedback to refine communications and measure effectiveness through surveys, focus groups, and other tools
  • Coordinate Global Communications Initiatives
    • Coordinate OFX's Good Vibes Committees globally and actively support social and other engagement activities in the APAC region
    • Lead OFX's Make a Difference Community Program and drive employee volunteering and support for OFX's community partners
  • Align with External Communications
    • Coordinate with the Marketing team to align internal communications with external campaigns
  • Apply Best Practices and Research
    • Apply best practices and research to enhance internal communications and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification
    • Tertiary qualification in communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 8 years' experience in an internal communications role, preferably in a global organization
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong copywriting skills for a range of business audiences
    • Proven ability to influence and support senior executives and leaders
    • Proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Suite and Canva; video production skills are a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and timeliness
    • Strategic, commercially minded, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
    • Demonstrates a global mindset, cultural awareness, and experience working across regions
    • Strong organizational, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
