The SMSF Association is the peak professional body for Australias self-managed superannuation sector. Were on the lookout for an experienced Digital & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our national impact and deliver outstanding value to our members.

This is a mid-level specialist role where you1 take ownership of integrated campaigns, content development, and digital engagement that drives member acquisition, retention, and event participation.

What youll do
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (planning, execution, optimisation, reporting).
  • Develop engaging content across digital, social, print, and events.
  • Use CRM and automation tools to deliver segmented, impactful campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Drive event marketing for our flagship National Conference, Technical Days, and community events.
  • Enhancing tracking metrics to refine and improve campaign performance
What youll bring
  • 3+ years marketing or communications experience.
  • Proven track record running integrated campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and/or marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics 4.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent.
  • Confident in using analytics to track, report and improve outcomes.
  • Experience in a membership or not-for-profit environment.
  • Be part of the national voice for the SMSF sector.
  • Hybrid flexibility with an Adelaide CBD base with a minimum of 3 days in the office required.
  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas will make a difference.
